William "Bill" Breslin retired from USAA on January 7, 2008 where he was Senior Vice President, P&C Operations Policy and Procedures. Before joining USAA he was employed as the Senior Vice President of Claims and Service at GE Financial Assurance. Prior to GE Financial he brings us twenty-two years of experience from Prudential Property and Casualty, Personal Lines Division.

Mr. Breslin's Professional and Community involvement over his career include -- National Association of Independent Insurers (NAII) serving on the Claims Steering Committee; National Insurance Crime Bureau (Board of Governors Chair); Certified Automotive Parts Association; CAPA (Board of Directors); Prudential Property & Casualty Board; Arbitration Forums (Chair); Mansfield/Richland Chamber of Commerce Chair and Campaign Chair of the United Way of Richland County.
