Paul Thompson Chairs NLdH's Executive Board. Prior to his retirement in 2005, Paul was associated with the Nationwide Insurance Companies for 37 years.  His last positions there were Vice President of Claims and Vice President of Sales.  During his insurance career, Paul made valuable contributions in the industry serving on several boards, including the Governing Board of the NC Rate Bureau, the Chair of Board of Governors for the NC Reinsurance Facility, the SC Insurance Advisory Board, Arbitration Forums, and ISO Claims Committee.

Paul currently consults and serves on several other boards servicing the insurance industry, including -- Chair of the Board of First Choice Solutions (FCS); Member of the Executive Board of Stratesphere; Consults with Insurance Auto Auctions and Board member and past Chair of the National Insurance Crime Bureau.
